- Tuesday- Swim (warm up 100, drill 150, swim 350, cool down 100) & Run (20minutes)
- Wednesday- Gym (hypertrophy session 2)
- Thursday- Run (20 minutes)
- Friday- Cycle ( 35mins)
- Saturday- Bike (20mins) & swim (warm up 100, drill 100, swim 200, cool down 100)
- Sunday- Gym (hypertrophy session 3)

Goals/resolutions for 2012
These are my training goals for 2012, I would like to add for my resolutions to spend more time with family and friends- so I hope you are all ready for some runs and OJ :)
Goals:
1) Complete a sprint triathlon
2) Complete a standard triathlon
3) Complete a 10km race
4) Complete a half marathon
5) Complete a cycle race (50km+)
6) Win gold at Euro's
7) Only eat that which God and we made
I have a feeling this list will only get longer, but it is a start, and it started with entering the events- now it's turning up and nailing them!

1st Blog 31/12/2011
Well... I think this may be the start to a long crazy adventure and it may as well be on new years eve.
So far I have entered 2 triathlons and a half marathon for 2012, when other events are released I plan on entering a couple more.
I am optimistic that 2012 will be a great year for training, friends and family- I hope Maia is ready for all the running!
I hope that you find my blog useful and maybe you can come train with me, or give me some tips.
