These are my training goals for 2012, I would like to add for my resolutions to spend more time with family and friends- so I hope you are all ready for some runs and OJ :)
Goals:
1) Complete a sprint triathlon
2) Complete a standard triathlon
3) Complete a 10km race
4) Complete a half marathon
5) Complete a cycle race (50km+)
6) Win gold at Euro's
7) Only eat that which God and we made
I have a feeling this list will only get longer, but it is a start, and it started with entering the events- now it's turning up and nailing them!
